What is HWID licensing and why does it matter?+
HWID (Hardware ID) binds your license to a specific computer's hardware fingerprint. This means the bot can only run on the machine where it was activated — it cannot be copied or shared. If you replace your computer, contact support for a one-time HWID reset.
Do I need to keep my computer on for the bot to run?+
Yes. MJW runs locally on your computer — it is not cloud-based. The bot will only trade while your computer is on and the application is running. If you need 24/7 operation without leaving your own machine on, a Windows VPS is a viable option.
Which exchange is supported?+
Binance Futures (USDT-margined). Connect via API key — trading permissions only, withdrawal access is never required or recommended. One account per license.
Can I cancel my subscription early?+
You can stop renewing at any time. Your license remains active until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription — choose the 1-month plan first if you want to try before committing to a longer period.
What are the minimum system requirements?+
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) · 4GB RAM minimum, 8GB recommended · Stable internet connection · Python 3.10+ (bundled in installer). The bot uses minimal CPU and can run alongside other applications.
Is this guaranteed to profit?+
No. No automated trading system can guarantee profit. The backtest data shows strong historical performance across multiple market conditions, but past performance does not guarantee future results.
